phoneography challenge: my neighborhood.

i feel better now. i slept soundly last night. the coughing hasn’t stopped but it’s not as bad as before. my voice is back to normal, too. hopefully, my sense of humor is not far behind.
i wanted to take my bike to the nearby lake today but changed my mind. i felt i wasn’t strong enough to tackle the trail. i had an accident recently with its memory still evident in my knees and right shin. but i couldn’t stand staying in the house on a nice weather like this, so i decided to take a walk and take some pictures.
i like the place where i live now. it’s an unincorporated valley somewhere in the san francisco bay area. we have a nice lake where you can go boating and fishing. we have hiking and biking trails. we have camping grounds. we have a shooting range. we have a modern public library complete with wifi and a cafe. we even have a nudist colony even though i’ve been told the residents there are better off with their clothes on. the klu klax clan has a chapter here, too. but what can i say? you’ve got to take the good with the bad.

I love this photo challenge! It’s so exciting to see where people live! I think I’ll take a walk with my phone today too!

yes, there are. there are deer, too. and mountain lions. signs are posted whenever they are spotted, so you can take precautions. if you’re interested in knowing more about the lake, here’s the link:
