A Cuckold Story
On August 22, a high ranking government official barged into the apartment of his former live-in partner who was having dinner with her boyfriend. He beat her up and struck her with the whip that he uses to tame his pet tiger. She escaped by climbing over the balcony and jumping into a neighbor’s yard. She was then rushed to the hospital for treatment to her injury.
After the incident, the cuckold government official went on public radio and boasted what he did. It was the right thing to do. He felt insulted. It was an affront to his honor to have his #2 or #3 or #4 or whatever to give him a taste of his own medicine.
Guess where it happened. In Iraq? Wrong. In Saudi Arabia? Wrong. In Afghanistan? Wrong. In Somalia? Wrong. In Pakistan? Wrong again. It happened in the Philippines known for its macho tradition.
The government official in question is no other than Luis “Chavit” Singson, the country’s Deputy National Security Adviser.
With the help of his bodyguards, he forced the alleged boyfriend to strip. He looked at his penis and took a picture of it. He marveled at its small size. Did he find it incredible that there’s one much smaller than his? It must have upset him more. He must have thought the Guinness World of Record is rightfully his. (See above photo taken by the inquirer where he seems to demonstrate its size.)
They were lucky he didn’t kill them, he was quoted as saying. At least, this cuckold do-gooder should be given credit for his restraint. Contributing part of his ill-gotten wealth to building chapels and churches does tame one’s soul.
In other countries, any government official who has committed a much lesser offense would have been fired outright and sent to jail.
But not in the Ohilippines. The public confession and the battered photos aren’t enough to censure him under the current administration.
And why should he be? The palace believes it’s a “domestic” problem.
If nothing else, he was given an itty bitty slap on the wrist. One presidential spokesman had advised the cuckold Deputy National Security Adviser to “behave accordingly as an upright citizen and to submit himself to due process of law.”
As with other “domestic” problem of this sort, this would be settled quickly out of court. Too much ado for nothing. Case closed.
