Fading Wall Posts
Location: Quito, Ecuador

Rochelle Wisoff-Fields, who hosts the Friday Fictioneers group at WordPress, has this favorite quote from Henry David Thoreau:

“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.”

No truer words were spoken when I snapped this picture while in Quito, Ecuador.

It might be difficult to figure out at first, so let me guide you. Take a look in the middle of the picture. Do you see a man and a well-endowed woman in white shopping at a store?

Well, actually, it was part of a wall of fading posts (see picture below).

Art or trash? It’s for the beholder to decide.
