Patriots 34, Falcons 28

Super Bowl 2017 lived up to the hype. It was the greatest game I’d ever watched.
Although in my heart, I was rooting for the Patriots, I predicted that the Falcons would win based on their exemplary regular season record. Boy, I’m glad I was wrong.
Up 28-3 with 15 minutes to go, the Falcons were headed to a lopsided victory. But somehow they allowed the Patriots to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
The Patriots were able to rally and tie the score by the end of regulation time. When the Patriots won the toss in overtime, the Falcons were toast. Tom Brady drove his team down the field for the winning touchdown.
It will be remembered as the biggest comeback or the biggest choke in Super Bowl depending on your point of view.
For Tom Brady, it must be the sweetest victory among his five Super Bowl wins. It made him the winningest quarterback in history eclipsing his idol, Joe Montana, and Terry Bradshaw, who have four wins. Most of all, he achieved it despite his 4-game suspension for his part in allegedly deflating footballs used in the American Football Conference (AFC) Championship Game in 2015. It’s a feat that will unlikely be broken in our lifetime.
