For Friday Fictioneers 100-Word Challenge: 10 February 2017

It was 1863. The Confederate Army was in retreat. Jeremiah was running away towards the river when a blinding light engulfed him.
He came to his senses naked and tied on a table. A female alien mounted him giving him the sweetest release of his life. Afterwards. he was placed in a cocoon-like pod to recuperate. The practice continued until he lost track of time completely.
It was 2016. In his gray uniform, Jeremiah woke up dazed and confused sitting on a chair.
“Dude, you’re lost!” one of the onlookers said. “The reenactment of the battle is over there.”
