It was the day Matt turned into a woman while on vacation in Hawaii. Raised from a conservative family, he never thought it would be possible.

But there he was, sitting before the mirror wearing a grass skirt, as Maggie was applying makeup on his face.

Finally, the transformation was complete. Maggie was very pleased with her work.

“Daddy, you look like a girl,” his six-year old daughter giggled. “But I still love you.”

“I love you more,” he replied, turning on the music. “Now let’s go dance the hula.”

It was a Father-Daughter moment destined to last a lifetime.

That’s sweet. Little girls seem to have a way to find the softer side of even the manliest of us.

An innocent Daddy and Daughter secret that bonds them. Then again, we don’t know if this is where Daddy realizes he’s transgender and finally has to tell Mommy… Good open-ended story, Plaridel.

Lovely story. How gratifying to see a father/daughter moment captured – it’s so often mother/daughter or father/son.
Mind you, your last line hints that msjadeli’s comment is right and this is Matt’s way of coming out. It certainly sounds as though Matt is enjoying the transformation. If that’s the case, then I wish the whole family all the best!
