Wow – I suspect I will never get to see these animals in the wild. They are remarkable.

stewart:
there’s still time to see them in the wild although it may not be for long. human infringement on their habitat is taking its toll.

I will be terrified of watching Gorillas roaming free in the wild. I am curious to know if there are any volcanoes (active, dormant, or extinct) in the Volcanoes National Park.

the bespectacled mother:
i’m not sure if the volcanoes are extinct but it looks like the gorillas are living up there for a long time. the trail is not for the faint of heart. there are armed guards around to keep you safe, though. ๐

King Kong returns. Would love to see them in the wild. I’m so glad Jane Goodall has worked so hard to conserve this endangered species.
Africa is beautiful, innit? So many treasures to marvel at. โค
Have a good weekend, my friend.
Lovely link up for #WW. Thank you.

natasha:
it’s an irony that tourism helps them survive. they bring millions of dollars to the local communities so they have to protect them and their habitat. ๐

Yes thatโs how it all works and thatโs how we keep it all going in terms of the conservation efforts.
