    Beautiful! Are they white because of a particular type of rock? Whatever the reason.. it is amazing!

      the whites are chalk layers built up gradually over millions of years from skeletal remains of minute planktonic green algae that lived floating in the upper levels of the ocean. πŸ™‚

    Kent, England. Sigh! When will I go back. Lived for sometime there as a kid in New Castle. Just too rainy and cold, yet something special about UK.
