She was sitting up there with one foot dangling out of the window.
He wondered what was going on. She appeared lonely and depressed. Was she planning on jumping from there and committing suicide? Oh hell no, not on his watch!
“Hey, you!” he yelled waving his hand.
“Hey, you!” she replied.
“I’m Jimmy. I live across the street.”
“Me, Ellen.”
It was an act worthy of an Oscar. There was no denying it was a smart move on her part. Finally, she got the attention of her long-time crush.
Soon they would be dating and the rest was history.

Uh-oh! One has to be careful around a woman who knows how to pull all the right strings to get what she wants.

nobbinmaug:
sounds like a good advice. 🙂

msjadeli | February 3, 2023 at 5:28 pm
If she’s willing to risk injury to get noticed, I wonder what other stunts she will pull during their relationship. I’d keep my distance from this little lady if I were him. Of course he might have tricks up his sleeve also!

plaridel | February 6, 2023 at 4:32 pm

Best wishes,

That explains the quality of my violin playing lately. It hasn’t seen the light of day for a few years but I haven’t given up hope of a resurgence.
