Adrian sells beer at the football stadium. He doesn’t drink and his religion forbids it, but what the heck. He needs the extra money for college.
Some rich kids, who come to the games with their snobby girlfriends, look down on him. He can endure the humiliation and their taunts, as the present doesn’t define him. Heβs able to rise above them because he remains focused on his long-term goals.
Someday Adrian can look back and say he has made it. In the meantime, he goes around the bleachers with his cooler ensuring that patrons stay lubricated at all times.
