Eve was walking around the garden when she encountered the serpent.
“Apples just dropping to the ground,” it said. “What a waste.”
“The Lord forbids to pick the fruit from that tree,” Eve replied.
“But once the fruit falls, you aren’t picking it from the tree anymore. You’re then free to eat it as you wish.”
With some trepidation, Eve partook of an apple from the ground and, much to her relief, the sky didn’t fall.
Eve found Adam later minding his own business.
“Adam,” she gasped upon seeing him in the buff for the first time. “You’re so naked.”

Outside the Garden of Eden, a mound of rocks stood. It was a fitting burial and memorial for Abel, who was the first human to die in the hands of his brother.
“Where is your brother?” God asked Cain after he had murdered Abel.
“I know not; am I my brother’s keeper?” Cain answered, whereupon he was duly condemned and punished for a life of wandering.
It would be the portent of things to come. All throughout history, succeeding generations have been at war and built shrines and structures to remember the horror that they have wrought on each other.

After being banished from the Garden of Eden, Eve proved to be the better half. She had the smarts to move on and find ways to survive while Adam remained hung up on the past where they used to live like royalty.
One day, Eve got home and was disgusted to see Adam up the tree awaiting God’s call to come back.
“You’re such a lazy bum, doing nothing, while I was looking for food,“ she blurted at Adam who had climbed down from his perch.
“Not true,” Adam protested. “Look, I just made you a new fig leaf outfit.”

Adam was having the time of his life. He was enjoying a mid-day siesta when his wife arrived and woke him up.
“What are you doing?” Eve yelled, her eyes blazing like wildfire. “Food don’t come on the table all by themselves. You need to gather and pick them from the garden.”
“Get off your fat ass and get moving.”
A giant of a man, Adam had no match for a woman who barked like a chihuahua. It was the common thread that bound all men together since time immemorial.
Reluctantly, Adam got up and did what he was told.

It was on a hot summer night in the desert when Eve gave birth to her firstborn.
Going into labor, she didn’t expect the pain. It was so excruciating that Eve started cursing Adam who was by her side unable to do anything.
“Never again,” she cried out. It was a vow she’d break many times over.
After more pushing, the baby came out and a piercing cry was heard, announcing the birth of the first human ever conceived.
Understandingly, Adam fainted at the bloody sight. But after witnessing more births that followed, he got accustomed to the whole thing.
