Matteo parked his flower truck at the usual spot in the square and asked Amelia to come.

After some hesitation, he finally agreed to propose to her.

“What’s the wait?” his friend Tommy told him.

“I’m not ready. I want to win the lottery first.”

“Fat chance! When that happens, she won’t be around anymore.”

For the proposal, his friends decided to put on a dance show where Amelia joined in the fun.

When he knelt on one knee and she said yes, he raised his hand in triumph.

“I did it,” he cried to the cheers of their friends.

Plaridel, not easy at all to look beyond the negativity these days. I just hope the balance of light and darkness doesn’t tip too far into the dark, which it seems to be doing more and more. What keeps you looking on the sunny side?

Ps…that flash mob video is awesome. I’d love to be in the right place at the right time for one of those. It complements your story so well.
