If you want to imagine what the world might look like thousands of years ago, this group of islands will be close. Made famous by Charles Darwin, they’re home to a variety of wildlife such as mammals, reptiles, and birds. Due to lack of natural predators, they have survived unmolested. Humans don’t scare them. They don’t mind if you get up close and personal and take their pictures.
